How do I return or exchange my products?
Our products have a 14 day returns policy, If your not satisfied with your products please follow instructions below.
- Please contact us via our contact form explaining why you wish to return your product.
- It must be in original packaging and seal unbroken, also unused.
- Refunds will be processed via Paypal.
- Please ensure your items are in protected packaging for safe keeping, we cannot accept any responsibility for broken products.
- Exchanges are handled just the same as returns
- Shipping fees will be deducted and are not refundable on returns and exchanges.
- Customers are responsible for postage fee when returning products.
